Nina Winning the Bikini Sports Model Grand Prix Australia – March 2011
This year was my first year competing in the IFBB in the bikini division so i needed all the help i could get! i went to O’Mara Personal Training simply expecting to have my measurements done every week to track my progress but instead i got that and so much more.
Mike was fantastic and with his great knowledge from many years of experience in the industry along with his professionalism he offered more advice and support that i could have hoped for. Thank you mike for helping me at every moment in my weeks of ups and downs and giving me he right advice, guidance and diet to keep me on track.
To my surprise i went on the win my first amateur bikini competition thanks to the help and support of O’Mara Personal Training.
There is no looking back now and I’m excited for the future.
