Ronan – Help and Advice from Mike
I approached Mike O’Mara from O’Mara personal training in January 2011 to get some help and advice about getting back into shape. I had used many personal trainers before but could immediately see that Mike was in a different class from anyone i had seen before.
After an assessment, I was given a complete diet and training programme designed to reach my goals. Once training began, I quickly realised that much of the advice and methods i had been given by previous trainers was not completely correct and so limiting my progress. I could feel an instant difference when I used the techniques shown to me by Mike.
I’m now only 12 weeks into my training programme. I have achieved goals that i did not think were possible in such a short time. I have also found it quite easy to stick to the diet and training programme as it was broken down and explained to me very fully.
