I am an Amateur Figure Athlete who has competed for the IFBB since 2008.

I work extremely hard as a fitness trainer myself and I have to admire and thank Mike O’Mara for his continuous support and energy over the years.
No other trainer (including myself) can be contacted 24/7 during the competition phase (Not that he’s on call but he always answers the phone somehow!).
I can rely on him wholeheartedly to be there at the most critical times, answering my questions, motivating me and organising every aspect to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved.
Without Mike’s guidance I would not have Qualified for the World Championships in Serbia. It will be my first time competing at an international level and I feel completely at ease and excited knowing that I have Mike behind the scenes helping me, sharing the same passion for the sport as do I.
I work hard as a Fitness Trainer myself and still value the having the 24/7 advice of Mike O’Mara.
